General Terms & Conditions (AGB)
§ 1 Scope and Subject Matter
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements concerning the rental, sale, and installation of handcrafted paper flower displays, storefront decor, and flower walls concluded between Blütenstudio (bluetenstudio.com) (Owner: Ismael Alexander Ortiz Espinoza) and the client.
§ 2 Quality of Goods, Handcraft, and Bespoke Uniqueness
(1) Every single paper flower is 100% manually handcrafted and assembled from high-grade fine paper and specialized crepe.
(2) Minor natural variations in shape, petal curvature, precise color nuances, or fold textures compared to product photographs on the website or catalog are inherent to artisanal production, define the bespoke character of the work, and do not constitute a defect or breach of warranty.
(3) Rental arrangements may exhibit minimal customary signs of prior use that do not diminish the overall visual presentation from standard viewing distance.
§ 3 Proposals and Contract Conclusion
Proposals generated via the online calculator or sent by email are non-binding. A binding agreement is formed upon written order confirmation (via email) or upon signing the rental/purchase agreement.
§ 4 Rental Terms and Duty of Care
(1) In rental agreements, the rented flowers, stands, and fixtures remain the exclusive property of Blütenstudio (bluetenstudio.com).
(2) The lessee agrees to treat the items with care and protect them from moisture and open flame.
(3) In the event of damage or loss, the lessee shall be liable for the repair or replacement costs.
§ 5 Installation and Removal
Installation and dismantling take place at the contractually agreed times. The client shall ensure unimpeded access to the venue or storefront.
§ 6 Payment Terms and Security Deposit
Payments are due upon invoice via bank transfer. For large bespoke commissions or wedding setups, an advance deposit or security deposit may be required.
